We are willing to purchase or trade homes in most any condition. We have remodeling crews available on a full time basis to refurbish the homes we buy. So we are still interested, even if your home needs major repairs.

We do all of the work and we will close when you are ready. We complete all of the legal, title, and most estate work at our expense. We pay all normal closing costs.

We can generally close on a transaction within 3 days, and sooner if required.
